An illustration Pastor Lutzer used tonight:
He was on a plane to Europe so he started asking the air stewardess to go check and see if the pilots are sleeping because he wanted to make sure he's safe. She came back and told her that the pilots are indeed doing their job and are not dozing off. After 30 minutes, he asked her to go check on the pilots again because he was worried so she did and of course, they were not sleeping. Later, he asked her again and she finally told him that he is insulting the pilots by not trusting them.
We are insulting God daily because even though we pray, we still worry about things and we keep doubting that God can actually take care of our lives. I am guilty of the lack of trust in God.
Simple lesson: trust God because He is more than capable of controlling everything that is happening in my life and in the whole of creation.

that got me thinking too at the sermon yesterday night.
trusting God is one of the hardest thing. i was reminded by the spirit in a video class through a guest that many of us as students, or even just as humans, limit God. we should watch out to be careful about that.
its gonna be challenging.
i like to have my hands over everything. to know that things are ok. if things arent ok, it even makes me not sleep well. ok neway.
:D i think we all ought to rmb not to insult God's greatness, or his ability.
also, pilots fail, cos they are human. its highly encouraging to know that God is God, he is different from humans, He never fails.
i wish i can quote a verse that supports that. that God never fails, but im not capable yet. hahaha
but devil cant discourage me with that. cos i know i will keep learning and strieving and the last thing i want to do is to give up.
and just a sec ago, i was like yea i cant quote bible verse, so the devil encouraged me to be sad and feel like a failure. but i am not going to allow that to carry on
hahah neway.
i keep going on and on. on your blog comment page. sorry about that--lol.
i like how you say "as humans, we limit God" because that's so true. We think something is impossible because we can't understand how God could possibly do something but in reality He can. Oh, did you take up the 30 day devotional life challenge? that would help with quoting Bible verse. =)
